Refund Policy

You may cancel your order at any time until seven working days after delivery. Should you decide to cancel, all charges to you will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in merchantable condition. You will need to return the goods to our store by courier or by hand. In the event of complaint please contact Simon March using our contact form. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to personally by Simon March, the proprietor.


Evington´s will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. We cannot guarantee availability of all products at any one time, however, in the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or inform you of an estimated time of stock replenishment. We reserve the right not to accept any order. Orders can be for any quantity you require. Delivery and packaging to the UK mainland only is charged at £9.95 GBP. THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE OF £25 GBP FOR DELIVERIES, £0 FOR COLLECTIONS. 

For all orders within the post codes, LE1,LE18,LE19,LE2,LE21,LE3,LE4,LE41,LE5,LE55,LE6,LE7,LE8,
LE87,LE9,LE95 delivery is free of charge.


Orders will usually take 1 to 5 days for delivery. If an order will take longer than 1 to 5 days we will contact you by phone or email to let you know. If it is impossible to come to a mutually agreeable delivery arrangement in this time, the actual delivery time may be extended until such arrangement is guaranteed. We may use an independent courier such as APC/UPS etc. The courier will only attempt to deliver the parcel twice, after which they will leave instructions as to where and when you can collect your purchase.  Orders left for collection in these circumstances will be at the customer's risk.


All our prices are inclusive of VAT. Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.


We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.
