"We are delighted to present the fourth edition of the Seven Springs Collection, a single estate whisky crafted in tribute to the seven Garline Springs that sustain our distillery. Each release is rare and precious, reflecting our heritage and commitment to traditional whisky-making.
This edition, matured for ten years in second fill Bourbon barrels, confidently demonstrates the versatility of the Ballindalloch spirit. The colour is sparkling gold with perfectly balanced vanilla, baked apples, spices and a hint of lemon on the nose. The palate continues in a similar vein but with a hint of walnut flavour developing in the glass.
Another archetypal and classic Ballindalloch.
