Fresh and attractive with a subtle floral lift to the green fruit. Some gooseberries and freshly cut herbs with a hint of star fruit and mineral. Honest, medium-bodied palate with fresh acidity and a fine, phenolic texture and structure.
Errazuriz Aconcagua Costa Sauvignon Blanc, Aconcagua, Chile 2023 (13% Vol)

On the nose mango, mandarin and grapefruit skin, all framed by the herbal profile that characterizes the variety. The palate offers refreshing citrus and herbal notes with a fresh and perfect balance. Matches well with sweet onion tart.

Interesting citrus notes are complemented with subtle hints of tropical fruit, grapefruit, papaya and guava on the nose. This Chardonnay reveals soft notes of vanilla accompanied by a fresh acidity. A wine with good structure, medium body and long-lasting finish. Lightly chilled with oysters is a great combination.
