Contino Blanco, Rioja 2019 (12.5% Vol) The nose is elegant and floral with hints of spices. Medium to full bodied palate with fruity and fresh after taste on the finish. A great match with roast turkey.

Bourgogne Chardonnay Chaumes des Perrieres, Raymond Dupont-Fahn 2020 (13% Vol) A classic white Burgundy style - creamy, buttery on the nose and full of class on the palate. The story behind this wine is very interesting, in 1975 Raymond Dupont-Fahn's father applied 20cm of topsoil (with permission from the INOA) to the vineyard (Les Perrières of Meursault). A few years later, neighbouring producers complained, and the plot lost its classification. All these years later the vines are producing exceptional wines which aren't allowed to command as high a price as their neighbours.

Donnhoff Riesling, Nahe 2017 (10.5% Vol) Fresh and flinty on the nose that shows white peach and apricot aromas. Riesling with juicy fruit and the mineral expression of the Nahe. Pairs nicely with langoustines or lobster.
