"The English 11 Year Old is a yearly release that you do not want to miss. This is an expertly aged single malt made for sharing, with an approachable yet richly complex profile that is the result of years resting in the perfect conditions of our onsite barrelhouses.
The casks
Ex Bourbon
The nose
Complex and layered - gentle notes of vanilla citrus and a hint of nuttiness mingle with the more herbaceous mint and sage, all resting on a veritable fruit salad of baked apple, peach, mango, dried apricots and cherries.
The palate
Dry and woody, with the fruity sweetness of cherries, apples and tropical fruits, heightened by a peppery and spicy tingle on the tongue
The finish
Slightly dry yet rich and fatty
